Accelerated Genetics is currently seeking highly motivated entrepreneurial individuals to market beef or dairy semen and/or provide breeding service as well as target nutritional support products. Vice President - Sales

Position Responsibilities: The objective of the Vice President
– Sales is to provide leadership to all sales personnel in both the Domestic
and International markets, in order that company goals of profitable sales growth,
market expansion and personnel development may be achieved.
This position is responsible for: Developing both short and long-term sales plans
to assure the company a stable future and proper direction; Geographical expansion
of Domestic and International market areas; Ensure effective communication between
sales personnel and management by maintaining and developing proper reporting procedures
and information distribution systems which result in more effective working relationships;
Manage all sales and expense budgets to ensure that profit contribution projections
will be achieved; Provide guidance to sales personnel in the establishment of goals
which will ensure company growth and stability; along with other duties and special
assignments as directed by the President and Chief Executive Officer.
A qualified candidate should have experience in A.I. or a closely related agribusiness, have the ability and experience to deal successfully with a multitude of management decisions and have excellent skills in both oral and written communications. This person should be of sound character and integrity who stands well in the agribusiness environment, who is creative, a self-starter, analytical, profit-minded and a practical administrator. Candidates should have a college-level education with a degree in animal science, agriculture, agribusiness, business administration, or equivalent. Salary is commensurate with person's qualifications.
