Accelerated Genetics Hires Brown As Laboratory Technology Assistant (6/27/06)
Leah Marie Brown will join the Accelerated Genetics production team as a Laboratory Technology Assistant. She will assist in semen processing and the development of new semen technologies. She will also perform research trials and quality control procedures. She will be based at the Production Facility located in Westby Wisconsin.
Brown graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. At college she participated in Block and Bridle Academic Quadrathalon and Farm Progress Days. She was also honored with scholarships from the Holstein Association and the Consumers Cooperative.
Previously Brown worked as a Research Assistant Intern at the University of Wisconsin Research Station in Lancaster Wisconsin.
