Roger Ripley President of World Dairy Expo Announces Supreme Championship (10/16/06)
This year Arethusa Farm of Litchfield Connecticut won the honor of Supreme Championship with their cow Huronia Centurion Veronica 20J. Not only does this years top animal reserve the right of the Supreme Championship title but the owners also received a new Tundra pickup truck from Toyota. This surprise announcement was made by Roger Ripley President & CEO of Accelerated Genetics as Dan Williams truck field manager for Toyota’s Chicago Region drove him into the center ring of the Alliant Energy Coliseum. Ripley has been part of the World Dairy Expo Board of Directors for 21 years and has been the President of World Dairy Expo since 2001.
