Hudson is a Fortress son from Jens Gold Velour Hanes, Excellent-92. Hanes was not only known for great type, but also for great production and passed this onto her son.

Hudson ranks near the top of the breed for milk (+1580 PTAM) and protein (+44 PTAP) as well as being a good type bull at +1.10 PTAT. Accelerated Genetics sire analyst Dave Erf comments about the Hudson daughters, “They are tall, strong and deep with correct feet and legs and high, wide rear udders.”
