Accelerated Genetics, where our focus is on People, Products and Pride is seeking a District Sales Representative.
This position is located in Northern New York and covers the following counties: St. Lawrence, Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining customer relationships which are key to the growth of Accelerated Genetics as we increase market share. You will be responsible for selling our products and providing information on new sires as well as updates on current sires. Additionally, you will be communicating other services and products offered by the company. You will be responsible for assigned sales area to develop business plans and effective sales strategies to meet sales goals.
This is a home based position that requires travel within the assigned area. Our ideal candidate has a BS degree in Agribusiness or related area with 1-5 years of experience. Strong customer service orientation, written and verbal communications, organizational skills and a strong base of sales skills are required.
