Key Responsibilities:

Regional Program Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the area assigned to you to support the Accelerated Genetics programs. Including:
·  Assist sales team and sales managers to grow and develop the Accelerated Genetics business

Description:  To provide technical service, communication, develop and coordinate training as well as provide sales support for Accelerated Genetics dairy and beef divisions for customers worldwide, through reproductive based solution support.

Key Responsibilities:  Support our sales team with timely technical support to our worldwide accounts as requested.
·  Plan and carry out regular visits to key areas of the country in coordination with our Regional Sales Manager’s to support their customers and sales team.
·  Work in coordination with World Wide Sires (WWS) Area District Managers to provide timely reproduction technical services within their customer base when requested.
·  Work with Accelerated Genetics Latin American Regional Sales Managers to provide timely reproduction technical services within their customer base when requested.
·  Timely response to any reproduction, fertility, sync protocols, technical services from customers and our sales team by making personal visits, phone calls, emails, text messages or any other communication methods.
·  Continue follow-up communication with customers found to have reproduction issues.
·  Training of Accelerated Genetics personnel in reproduction, fertility, sync protocols as well as other information to keep our sales team abreast to the latest trends.
·  Represent Accelerated Genetics at national and international events and conferences (DCRC, ADSA, etc.) related to reproduction or other areas as needed
·  Utilize programs such as our ReproConnections program to support benchmarking, find trends and opportunities with our customers.

·  Coordinate activities, educate and provide training for Reproduction Service Specialists and Reproduction Advisors team
·  Train Accelerated Genetics personnel in reproduction topics, especially our ReproConnections program.
·  Facilitate continuous training to our ReproConnections group to stay on the cutting edge of reproduction technologies by attending top national reproduction conferences (DCRC, ADSA, etc.) and/or by bringing recognized outside speakers to the group.
·  Continue to bring new innovative ideas on reproduction and genetic solutions to enhance our customers goals and objectives

Fleet Coordinator

Description: To establish and coordinate management of Accelerated Genetics’ fleet and cell phone/tablets ensuring all aspects of job coincide with established company policy and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

A.  Create departmental and fleet expense and capital budgets, to submit for approval to management. Track performance versus forecast on a monthly (or other) basis.
B.  Analyze and determine what vehicles to purchase/lease, and how they are to be equipped.
C.  Report fleet expense performance regularly to management, including an annual report when submitting the coming year’s budget.
D.  Manage, assign, and track use of pool vehicles as required.
E.  Research asset tracking/E-Log Service on appropriate vehicles.
F.  Analyze and determine best cell phone carrier for company’s needs, domestically and internationally.
G.  Manage, assign, and track use of cell phones/tablets as required.
H.  Report cell phone/tablet expense performance regularly to management, including an annual report when submitting the coming year’s budget.
I.  Backup to functions performed by accounting department.

Expectations:
Fleet management
A.  Understand finance and accounting, as it pertains to the acquisition (purchase or lease) of vehicles, and their accounting on the company’s balance sheet.
B.  Knowledge of the supplier market to assess outsourcing options. This would include fleet leasing, fleet programs such as maintenance and accident management and fuel cards, and other administrative programs. Understand what to outsource and what to keep in house, and know who offers such programs and how they are priced.
C.  Knowledge on how to price, spec and purchase or lease vehicles. This would include knowing how manufacturers price, how to read an invoice, and the distribution network from order to delivery.
D.  Be familiar with the used-vehicle market, including wholesale, auction, and employee markets. Know how vehicles are sold via each method, how they are priced, and tie that in to how vehicles are equipped when new.
E.  Have a basic understanding of vehicle systems and technology to be able to authorize repairs.
F.  Coordinate vehicle licensing, registration, and insurance
G.  Have experience in creating and establishing fleet policies and procedures, from vehicle assignment to replacement cycling, from personal use to accident reporting.
H.  Understand and track total cost of ownership (TCO), to determine what vehicles are performing as predicted and what aren’t, for purposes of vehicle selection. Create and analyze vehicle cost and exception reports.
I.  Be able to establish both a departmental and fleet budget, both expense and capital.
J.  Knowledge of Hazmat compliance and ability to train others of regulations
 
Cell Phone / Tablet management
K.  Be familiar with various cell phone plans both domestically and internationally in order to make educated decisions concerning company’s vast cell phone usage.
L.  Have experience in creating and establishing cell phone/tablet policies and procedures, from assignment to damage reporting and replacement.

Beef Programs Coordinator

Position: This position provides assistance to the Director of Beef Programs encompassing all aspects of the beef division.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing administrative support for the beef division, maintaining an accurate data base on all beef sires at Accelerated Genetics both on the internal business system and the company's website, ensure all Accelerated Genetics beef sires have been DNA typed and tested for known genetic defects, work with respective breed associations to convey test results as well as registering sires, provide assistance in marketing efforts through sales and promotional materials, social media, coordinating sales meetings, conferences, tours and trade shows pertaining to the beef industry, and develop and maintain a photo and video file of all beef sires and their progeny.
