Accelerated Genetics, where our focus is on People, Products and Pride is seeking a Director of International Sales. This position will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing long term strategic business and pricing plans, implementing sales programs to maximize growth and profitability within the international market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership, sales management and marketing strategy experience as well as possess high relationship building skills. In this role, the chosen candidate will provide leadership, guidance and strategic planning for our International Sales staff, emphasizing established principles, goals and objectives for semen and product to ensure growth, sustainability and profitability within the international market.
The selected individual will have accountabilities for monitoring business management of the international sales area including all budgets, market analysis, forecasting, production performance, inventory and profitability for short-term and long-term success. As well as creating, implementing and developing business strategy. This role has people management responsibilities including development of professional growth for the team.
The qualified candidate will have an agribusiness or related degree, at least 5 years sales management, international business, people management and A.I. or dairy cattle marketing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Regular international travel will be required. Building new relationships and maximizing existing relationships is required.
